Roshan de Silva, the founder and Chief Mentor of APCCoaching.me, is responsible for overseeing the overall administration of the APC coaching programme.

Roshan successfully obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. He further completed his Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Salford in Manchester, UK. Moreover, he has achieved professional accreditation as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as a Certified Quantity Surveyor (MAIQS and CQS) from the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Roshan is also trained as an assessor for RICS and serves as a panel chairman/assessor for AIQS APC interviews.

Since 2004, Roshan has been actively involved in the construction industry, accumulating diverse experience working with contractor and client organizations. He has held various positions in the Middle East and Sri Lanka, building an exceptional career track record. Roshan has played a prominent role as a committee member of Sri Lankan Quantity Surveyors in the United Arab Emirates, contributing to the growth of the Quantity Surveying profession.

Driven by his passion for coaching and mentoring, Roshan transitioned to education consultancy to give back to the profession and support its growth. He firmly believes in delivering quality mentoring and holds the belief that there is no better way than equipping professionals with the right knowledge to help them excel in pursuing their dream of obtaining MRICS and MAIQS/CQS qualifications.
